Naloo Hill Bill MK2 20"
So small and already a real Hill Bill! In fact, the 20" Hill Bill has all the features of the larger bikes, such as a 12mm thru-axle on the rear wheel and a light, multi-butted aluminium frame. The only thing we don't do here is a suspension fork for weight and functional reasons. The tires are really wide at 2.35" and take over lots of suspension work.
Child-specific ergonomics:
- Thoughtful geometry including bottom bracket increases stability
- Low chainstay for less chain slap
- Cranks with an extra narrow, 149mm, Q-factor
- Handlebar with 12° backsweep for ergonomic hand position
- Extra small diameter handlebar for small hands, with twist-proof grips
HANDLEBAR
Normal handlebars have a backsweep of 8°. The wrist is severely bent and in an unnatural position. NALOO handlebars have a backsweep of 12°. The hand position is ergonomic and natural. The result: relaxed wrists and shoulders.
GRIPS
Normal grips have a diameter of 30 mm or more which children's hands can find hard to grip. NALOO grips have an adapted diameter of 25 to 28 mm. Children can completely wrap their hands around these grips and thus have much better control over the bike and tire less.
Q FACTOR
The pedal spacing (Q-factor) on lower-quality children's bikes is often the same as on adult bikes. This leads to a far too wide leg position which is unergonomic. NALOO bikes have a significantly lower Q-factor and bring the leg position into an ergonomic position that relieves those smaller hips and knees.
For children from approx. 5 years.
